DOLOMITES

The idea of the adventure started one day talking to Aitor Lamadrid and he said “Hey, we should go to Dolomites to make some content, I saw some pictures and the place is really breathtaking!!”. Then I thought about Marcus, a guy I met in Taiwan that was from there. He told me a lot of stories from the place and I thought I wanted a partner to ride in this awesome place. I reached Ernest Adalid, I told him the idea and he loved it.

Finally we needed a filmmaker to not miss anything from this adventure. Ernest told me he worked with Alvaro Rodriguez for some promotional video for Northweek, a sunglasses brand, and when we told them about the place and he didn’t even hesitate to say yes!! The team for the adventure was made. Two riders, one photographer and one filmmaker.

CANAZEI

The first 4 nights we stayed in Canazei at the Hotel Cesa Tyrol. The staff was really charming and the food delicious. We stayed in double rooms and they were huge, perfect to plan everything we wanted to do day by day after dinner and before we went to sleep. The weather in this area is constantly changeing and in one day you could see the sun, some rain, then some fog and then sun again. So we always had a rain jacket in our backpacks.

TRE CIME DI LAVAREDO

After 4 days in Canazei we decided to take the day off and drive to Tre Chime di Lavaredo, it was a long drive but it was worth the views. We took the bikes not to ride but to take some pictures because even there are some bike trails, we were exhausted from the first days and we wanted to rest a little, after all, we were only in the middle of the adventure.

THE SELLARONDA MTB TOUR

The Sellaronda MTB Tour is a tour around the Sella Group where the highest mountain is Piz Boè. You can do the tour with the bike or hiking. There are some cable cars that you take to complete the tour. It is around 42 km and the views are impressive. We crossed 4 mountain’s ports: Passo Pordoi, Paso Campolongo, Paso Gardena and Passo Sella.
